Become the Safety and Environmental Lead at Héroux-Devtek, where you will ensure all safety and environmental regulations are met. This full-time on-site role involves significant responsibility for compliance and safety management. In this position, you'll oversee internal audits, facilitate safety training, and act as the main point for external regulatory agencies. Your expertise in managing safety programs and environmental compliance will help shape the culture and processes at the facility. Travel to multiple locations is expected as part of your role. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee compliance with EHS regulations and guidelines • Create and maintain compliance training resources • Conduct audits and manage safety inspections • Investigate incidents and improve safety measures • Track safety equipment inventory and coordinate vendors Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields required • 5-10 years of relevant EHS experience • Strong background in safety program administration • Demonstrated leadership skills in compliance • In-depth knowledge of Ontario regulations Support a robust safety culture at Héroux-Devtek while enhancing environmental practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
