The Role: Director, Talent AcquisitionIn this role, you will lead and develop a team of recruitment professionals while driving talent acquisition strategies that support business growth. You will partner with executives, hiring managers, HR teams, and operational leaders to deliver hiring objectives efficiently and effectively.

  • Lead and develop Recruiting Teams across multiple functions and regions.
  • Drive recruitment strategies for high-volume hiring and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Coach and mentor team members to support professional growth and performance.
  • Partner with leadership teams on staffing strategy and recruitment best practices.
  • Support change management initiatives and people-focused projects.
  • Design and facilitate recruitment-related training programs.
  • Manage employer branding and online recruitment presence.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide business-focused reporting.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and select top talent.
  • Lead special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

  • Diploma, certificate, or degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of progressive leadership experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
  • Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
  • Contact centre or high-volume recruitment experience is considered an asset.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and deliver results.
