Vortex is looking for a Lead Design Director to enhance our project design capabilities in aquatic settings. Guide teams in a hybrid work model to create engaging experiences. As the Lead Design Director, you will be at the forefront of developing methodologies and processes that support our mission, empowering a dynamic team in the creation of imaginative spaces. Your role encompasses leadership in both design execution and the strategic direction of projects across various client sectors, ensuring our solutions resonate with Parks & Recreation and commercial needs. Key Responsibilities: • Provide mentorship to enhance team design quality • Establish methodologies tailored to project specifics • Create standard frameworks for storytelling in design • Spearhead significant projects emphasizing brand narratives • Collaborate with teams to translate insights into actions Requirements: • 8+ years of design expertise; 3+ years in leadership • Experience with immersive and narrative-driven projects • Proficiency in visualization tools such as Unreal and 3ds Max • Bilingual communication strength in English and French • Team-oriented experience with multi-disciplinary collaboration Drive innovation and creativity in design with Vortex while creating memorable user experiences! #J-18808-Ljbffr
