What That Means Day-to-day:

Executive Leadership Team Offsites (Canada SLT Offsites)

Executive Leadership Team Offsites are the division's primary strategic alignment mechanism. This is not simply about organizing an event—it is about driving the strategic content, decisions, and outcomes that the leadership team needs to achieve.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Leading the end-to-end planning and coordination of the Canadian Executive Leadership Team Offsites, including agenda design, pre-read preparation, and documenting outcomes.
  • Developing and maintaining the annual offsite calendar, ensuring each session supports the division's strategic priorities.
  • Participating in all Executive Leadership Team meetings to provide continuity, context, and follow-through on key initiatives.
  • Partnering with the President and Executive Leadership Team members to design sessions that drive decision‑making and strategic alignment, rather than simply providing updates.

Annual Conference

The Annual Conference is the Canadian division's flagship strategic alignment event, setting the direction and priorities for the year ahead. The Senior Project Manager is accountable for delivering the event from concept through execution.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Leading the end-to-end planning and execution of the Annual Conference, from initial concept through delivery.
  • Managing the external event partner, coordinating Executive Leadership Team contributions, and ensuring all content is produced according to schedule.
  • Partnering with the President to translate company strategy into compelling, actionable content for the broader organization.
  • Developing and maintaining the Conference Playbook, including timelines, stakeholders, content owners, presentation formats, and logistical planning.

Strategic Roundtable

The Strategic Roundtable is the Canadian division's flagship customer engagement program. The Senior Project Manager ensures its success through disciplined program delivery and execution.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Supporting the delivery of the strategic customer engagement program by maintaining a consistent cadence, ensuring effective preparation, and driving structured follow‑up.
  • Coordinating stakeholders, preparing meetings, and tracking outcomes for each roundtable cycle.
  • Partnering with regional leaders and the Canadian Executive Leadership Team to ensure that every session is well‑organized and directly aligned with the division's strategic priorities.

Regional Delivery & Product and Technology Support

As a member of the Program Delivery & Governance team, you will represent the regional delivery capability for Canada. This responsibility is equally as important as the division's three strategic priorities and is not considered secondary.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Leading Product & Technology programs within the Canadian region in accordance with the function's established standards for governance, delivery health, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Exercising independent judgment regarding priorities, escalations, and the delivery cadence of the regional portfolio.
  • Managing both the regional portfolio and the Canadian division's strategic priorities simultaneously, flexing resources as business demands change.

What Success Looks Like

After 3 Months

  • You are fully integrated with the Canadian Executive Leadership Team and have established trusted relationships with the President and senior leaders.
  • You have assumed ownership of the division's highest‑priority strategic initiative.
  • You actively contribute to leadership meetings by providing context, insights, and recommendations.
  • You have developed a strong understanding of the division's strategic priorities and naturally connect your delivery work to business outcomes.

After 6 Months

  • You have successfully delivered a complete cycle of one of the division's strategic priorities, whether that is a leadership offsite, a major Annual Conference milestone, or a structured Strategic Roundtable series.
  • Product & Technology delivery activities in Canada operate effectively with minimal supervision.
  • The President and Executive Leadership Team view you as a trusted strategic delivery partner.

After 12 Months

  • All three of the division's strategic priorities have successfully completed at least one full delivery cycle.
  • The regional delivery capability is fully established and operating consistently.
  • You are recognized as an influential member of both the Canadian Executive Leadership Team and the Program Delivery & Governance function.
  • Your success demonstrates the value of the function's regional deployment model.

Essential

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in project delivery or program support, with demonstrated growth in responsibility, scope, and complexity.
  • Experience within a SaaS or technology‑driven organization, with a strong understanding of software development lifecycles and product‑led organizations.
  • Proven experience building and establishing programs or delivery structures from the ground up, rather than simply maintaining existing ones.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and build credibility with senior leaders and executive (C‑suite) stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate strategy into operational priorities and connect work across functions independently.
  • Highly self‑directed with sound judgment in ambiguous environments, capable of turning broad direction into structured execution plans with minimal supervision.
  • Experience managing competing priorities across multiple senior leaders, including sequencing work, balancing trade‑offs, and making prioritization decisions.
  • Experience planning and delivering executive forums, strategic offsites, or senior leadership events, with end‑to‑end ownership beyond event logistics.
  • Strong ownership mindset, taking full accountability for outcomes and proactively driving initiatives without waiting for direction.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner or PgMP).
  • Bilingual in English and French (not mandatory)
  • Experience working within a multinational or multi‑regional organization operating across multiple time zones and geographic regions.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership activities, including strategic planning sessions, Board meetings, or executive governance initiatives.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and/or hybrid project management methodologies.

What You’ll Get In Return

  • Integrated mental health & wellbeing support
  • Vacation – starting at 3 weeks
  • Wellness Days & Annual Giving Day – an extra to give back to yourself or your community
  • Comprehensive medical and dental coverage
  • End of the year, company‑wide shutdown for you to relax and recharge
  • LinkedIn Learning License for upskilling & development
