Commercial Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new commercial fleet opportunities.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting.
• Grow market share by developing strategic customer relationships.
• Leverage existing partnerships to uncover new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage a large territory with autonomy, accountability, and a strong field presence.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through new customer acquisition and account growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Proven success in business development and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
• Experience selling solutions, services, or value based offerings.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and territory management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and Power BI.
• Experience in fleet, transportation, automotive, logistics, equipment rental, or related industries is an asset.

Travel

This is a field-based role requiring frequent travel throughout Ontario, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan. Approximately 75% of your time will be spent meeting customers and prospects, including overnight travel.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $97,776 - $117,331 per year.

This position is also eligible for our annual incentive program, comprehensive group benefits, and retirement savings program.
