Take charge as the Front Store Manager at Shoppers Drug Mart in Osoyoos, BC. This role focuses on leading store operations and optimizing customer satisfaction. As the Front Store Manager, you will oversee all operations excluding Pharmacy, ensuring compliance with company standards and financial goals. Your leadership will inspire a motivated team that prioritizes customer service while managing resources effectively. Engage with all levels of staff and drive a culture of performance.
