Join our dynamic team as an Office Support Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in making initial calls to vehicle owners and pick-up shops to gather essential vehicle information, location details, and charges. This fast-paced position requires making between 80-100 calls per day, along with performing data entry tasks and following specific client processes.
ResponsibilitiesThis role requires you to work in an office environment with a workstation set up in the boardroom. The location is not accessible by public transit, so reliable transportation is necessary. The team consists of a small group of five agents working closely together. The dress code is business casual, and the work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling a 40-hour work week.
