  • Participate in condition‑based monitoring (CBM) activities where applicable (fluid analysis and vibration analysis).
  • Identify and document opportunities for reliability improvement and cost reduction, including extended component life, maintenance optimization and material improvements.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, and Project teams to support reliability and maintainability of new and modified equipment.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Engineering.
  • Previous engineering co‑op, summer student or project experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is an asset.

  • Proven teamwork, demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail in the administration of projects.

Benefits

  • Competitive wages and bonus opportunities.
  • Family medical, dental, and prescription coverage at minimal employee cost.
  • Short and long‑term disability programs.
  • Competitive retirement plans.
  • Employer‑provided and voluntary life insurance options.
  • Paid vacation and recognized statutory holidays.
