We are currently looking to fill a full-time, permanent position for a Retail Media & Shopper Marketing Manager in our Marketing Department at our Leamington office.

What You'll Do:

• Lead development and execution of comprehensive and strategic retail media and shopper marketing plans tailored for our strategic accounts in the US and Canada, aligning with overall marketing, sales and business goals and budgets.
• Partner with sales team and Trade Marketing Manager to use data-driven insights to identify key account needs and shopper behaviors and customize tactics to maximize revenue.
• Partner with sales team to identify account needs and objectives and use retail media and shopper marketing investments to nurture account relationships and secure distribution and promotions.
• Be hands-on in management of retail media and shopper marketing campaigns in collaboration with retailer and leveraging the broader marketing team, design.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of retail media and shopper marketing activations, utilizing account KPIs and tactic metrics to assess ROI, inform future strategies, and optimize partnership.
• Manage the retail media and shopper marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to maximize tactic impact and ROI. Analyze budget allocations closely to identify if correct buys are in place with key accounts and recommend when additional resources may be needed.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partner contacts, internal teams, and external partners, to drive collaboration and achieve strategic objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations based on business objectives, consumer trends, competitive analysis, and market opportunities.
• Lead ad hoc strategic projects that contribute to the company's growth objectives, working closely with senior leadership to define project scopes, milestones, and success metrics.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in Retail Media and Shopper marketing. Relevant corporate grocery retail experience considered an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ABM certification, project management) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, understand business planning processes and make informed decisions to optimize account plan performance.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring critical dates are met and workback schedules are created.
• Experience working cross-functionally, particularly with sales, product, and broader marketing team, to drive alignment and achieve common goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt brand and product messaging to needs of specific accounts and buyer personas.
• Creative thinker who can develop innovative marketing approaches and content to engage target accounts.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing challenges and ambiguity with agility and confidence.
• Understanding of food safety regulations, quality assurance practices, and sustainability principles
• A valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle are required as needed.
• A valid passport and ability to travel locally and internationally are required.

What To Expect:

• In-office setting with some warehouse/greenhouse as needed – walking sitting and standing throughout day.
• Working with a wide array of people/cultures in a team setting.
• Full time hours Monday to Friday with Saturdays and holidays (as needed).
