  • Monitor, analyze, and report on utility consumption, energy performance, environmental attributes, and related corporate metrics using energy management systems and reporting tools.
  • Coordinate and support energy‑related capital projects, including zero‑emission fleet transition initiatives, procurement activities, contract administration, and project documentation.
  • Prepare cost estimates, financial forecasts, reports, funding applications, and supporting documentation for grants and energy‑related projects.
  • Act as a liaison with utilities, contractors, consultants, internal departments, and other stakeholders to support corporate energy management objectives.
  • Research emerging legislation, policies, technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to energy management, sustainability, utilities, and emissions reduction.
  • Promote energy awareness and engagement through presentations, education initiatives, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and committees.

What You Can Count On With Us

We’re proud to offer a workplace where your well‑being, growth, and sense of purpose come first. As an Energy Project Analyst, you’ll enjoy:

  • A competitive salary that reflects your expertise
  • A matching pension plan to help you build long‑term financial security
  • Comprehensive health, vision, and dental coverage, plus life insurance for peace of mind
  • Generous paid vacation and holidays, with the option to purchase additional leave days when you need more time off
  • Access to a confidential Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) and wellness initiatives to support your overall health
  • Leadership development and tuition reimbursement programs, so you can continue to grow your skills and career
  • A culture of recognition and appreciation, with staff events and programs that celebrate your contributions

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • A degree in Engineering, Environmental Technology, or a related discipline, combined with three (3) years of related experience in the energy or utilities sector; or
  • A diploma in Engineering, Environmental Technology, or a related discipline, combined with five (5) years of related experience in the energy or utilities sector; or
  • Post‑secondary education combined with seven (7) years of related experience in the energy or utilities sector.
  • Experience working in a public sector or public service environment.
