About the Role
The Undergraduate Advisor supports the Department of English by advising potential and registered undergraduate students of the academic requirements for the Department of English degree programs and screening applications for undergraduate study. The incumbent administers the undergraduate registration process, program of study, and graduation activities. The incumbent interviews students on academic probation, coordinates the articulation of post-secondary transfer credit, and advises on scholarship eligibility. The Undergraduate Advisor coordinates and participates in student engagement and recruitment activities.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree and three years of related experience in post-secondary program advising and registration services OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
