Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and experienced Civil Litigation Associate with a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience to join our firm. The successful candidate will independently manage a diverse caseload and play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services to our clients.
Our practice focuses primarily on corporate and commercial disputes, construction litigation, employment matters, and breach of contract claims. This role offers meaningful responsibility and direct client engagement.
What You Bring to the Role
You are a strong litigator with exceptional witting skills backed with proven experience. You think outside of the box and develop nuanced strategies to solve client matters.
You are confident and organized in the practice of litigation. You have a clear understanding around the rules and the complexities of running litigation files from start to finish independently. You can manage multiple matters simultaneously and docket your time to ensure important deadlines and appearances are met and delivered.
You are seeking the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work within a team environment while forming strong relationships with our clients to drive career growth. You value teamwork and work with others assigned to matters to understand all of its details and problem solve efficiently.
