Graham is actively recruiting an Estimating Manager to support the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Pre-Construction Director this role oversees estimating operations within a business unit leading the process through resource allocation estimate reviews and tender submissions. The Estimating Manager develops divisional manpower mentors team members and provides input on project pursuits while fostering strong communication and collaboration.
