The Society of United Professionals is seeking an Executive Director, Operations and Governance Affairs to serve as its most senior staff leader and help shape the future of a growing professional union representing more than 10,000 members across Canada.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of democratic governance, operational excellence, labour relations, and organizational leadership, partnering with elected leaders to strengthen governance, build organizational capacity, and drive meaningful results for members.
