We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver an efficient and positive hiring experience.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Requirements
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to source and screen candidates effectively Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously High attention to detail and professional approach Willingness to work on-site
