Expected Compensation

The expected hiring range for this role is $26.60 to $33.25 per hour based on a 35‑hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service while representing Westland Insurance professionally across phone, email, and in‑person interactions
• Assess client needs and provide knowledgeable recommendations across personal lines to ensure the right coverage and protection
• Manage new business, renewals, underwriting, and policy changes while handling more complex insurance cases with accuracy and attention to detail
• Build lasting client relationships by providing proactive support throughout the customer journey, including renewals, claims assistance, and follow-up communication
• Contribute to business growth by identifying sales opportunities in addition to cross‑selling and up‑selling products
• Support branch success by collaborating with team members, mentoring peers, and assisting with training, reporting, and day‑to‑day operations as needed
