We’re expanding our Managed Services practice and searching for a dynamic Customer Success Manager skilled in Microsoft Dynamics 365. In this role, you will guide your team through project execution, ensuring high standards in service delivery while continuously improving client satisfaction. Your leadership will be essential in building lasting relationships and achieving business goals for our clients. Key Responsibilities: • Guide project teams in successfully meeting clients' needs • Manage action, change, and risk registers throughout engagements • Track and report on engagement KPIs diligently • Resolve conflicts and challenges with professionalism • Conduct executive business reviews showcasing strategic value Requirements: • 5+ years in client success, project management, or support • Direct experience with Dynamics 365 managed services • Preferred Agile, ITIL, or PMP Certification • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships • Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Business Management preferred Drive exceptional client outcomes and enrich your professional expertise within an innovative team environment at BDO. #J-18808-Ljbffr
