Become a pivotal leader at WSP by taking on the role of Building Asset Data Lead, focusing on digital twin strategies and lifecycle management. This position offers the chance to transform building data into actionable insights. As the Building Asset Data Lead, you will define WSP’s approach to digital twins and lifecycle data management, ensuring comprehensive data solutions that improve operational outcomes for clients. Your role will bridge the gap between design excellence and practical implementation, equipping teams with the skills necessary to succeed in a data-driven landscape. Key Responsibilities: • Define digital twin readiness and develop data handover packages • Transform design-phase data into structured asset environments • Standardize lifecycle data using open frameworks • Create business cases demonstrating operational efficiencies • Drive cultural transformation through mentoring and training Requirements: • Deep expertise in digital twins and asset data frameworks • Proven interaction with building owners and management teams • Knowledge of COBie, IFC, and classification systems • Familiarity with IWMS and CMMS platforms • Strong communication and leadership skills Lead the evolution of asset data at WSP and influence future building project success with data-driven strategies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
