Step into the role of Senior Manager in Telecommunications Engineering, focusing on FTTH and outside plant operations. This full-time position requires strong leadership and technical acumen in the telecommunications domain. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery, technical compliance, and business growth. Your role emphasizes establishing enduring client relationships and fostering innovation within your team. A minimum of 10 years in telecommunications engineering paired with bilingual communication skills is fundamental for this role. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and inspire a diverse team of engineers and technicians • Develop strategic client relationships for long-term success • Define technical directions and ensure engineering standards are met • Ensure quality and budget compliance in project deliverables • Engage in design reviews and oversee risk management processes Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field • At least 10 years' experience in telecommunications • Proficient in active networks including FTTH and fiber optics • Bilingual in English and French • Familiarity with project management tools like AutoCAD Become a leader who drives innovation and excellence across telecommunications projects, enabling growth and client success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
