About the job
The Graduate Product Specialist acts as the primary contact for all customers focusing on our market-leading Risk management products. Our products are based on cutting-edge technologies and support all asset classes including Crypto currencies and derivatives. After completing our training and shadowing program the Graduate Product Specialist will investigate complex technical issues and explore business flows determine and deliver solutions as well as manage and improve our financial static data that is leveraged by leading financial institutions. You will learn topics including valuation hedging and risk management in a fast paced and increasingly AI support working environment. In collaboration with our software and data engineers product managers and infrastructure staff the candidate will have the opportunity to develop their troubleshooting skills learn our products deeply grow their financial markets knowledge broadly and deeply as well as supporting the delivery of change into the Production environment to support our customers.
