Description de poste

We're looking for a senior SAP S/4HANA IS-U FICA Subject Matter Expert to lead collections and dunning process design and advisory work within a utilities transformation program. The ideal candidate brings deep functional expertise, strong workshop facilitation skills, and proven experience defining target operating models in S/4HANA utility environments.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary SME for S/4 IS-U FICA collections and dunning processes
  • Lead workshops with advisory teams and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Define the target operating model for S/4HANA collections processes using best practices and out-of-the-box functionality
  • Design end-to-end collections, receivables, and revenue recovery processes aligned with utility and S/4HANA industry standards
  • Provide strategic guidance for S/4HANA transformation and modernization initiatives
  • Design automated collection workflows and customer communication processes
  • Optimize aging management, delinquency monitoring, and collections effectiveness
  • Design integrations between FI-CA and SAP modules including IS-U Customer Service, Device and Billing, Finance, Credit Management, CRM/CX, payment gateways, and external collection agencies
  • Deliver key project artifacts including business requirement documents, process mapping documents, fit-gap analysis, requirement traceability matrices, and workshop documentation
  • Support month-end and year-end processes

What you bring

  • 12+ years of SAP IS-U experience with at least 8 years specializing in FICA Collections and Dunning
  • Deep expertise in S/4HANA IS-U FICA including dunning procedures, collection strategies, collection worklists, promise-to-pay, write-off and recovery, security deposits, installment plans, returns processing, and creditworthiness assessment
  • Strong knowledge of Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable including open item management, clearing, payment lot processing, lock management, correspondence, interest calculation, and mass activities
  • Experience across multiple full-lifecycle S/4HANA IS-U/FICA advisory, implementation, or transformation projects
  • Deep understanding of utility customer-to-cash processes
  • Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Eligibility for a mandatory background check

Nice to have

  • Experience collaborating with technical teams on enhancements, APIs, interfaces, and data migration
  • Prior advisory experience defining target operating models for large-scale utility transformations
  • Familiarity with SAP Credit Management and CRM/CX integration patterns
