As the Human Performance Lead at CanAtom, you will report to the Performance Assurance Manager. Your impact includes implementing Hu Program elements, leading training sessions, and ensuring adherence to safety practices among teams. You'll analyze data, support learning initiatives, and collaborate with supervisors and workers to foster a culture of safety and accountability on-site.
