We’re looking for someone analytical, proactive, and experienced in optimizing campaigns for performance, conversions, and ROI. Remote Opportunity Applicants from anywhere in the world are welcome to apply. ️ Responsibilities Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis Improve ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance Manage Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns Track and report campaign metrics and insights Collaborate with marketing and creative teams for ad strategy and execution Identify growth opportunities and scaling strategies Requirements Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns Strong understanding of Google Ads Strong understanding of Google Analytics Strong understanding of Google Tag Manager Experience with conversion tracking Experience with eCommerce brands Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions Strong communication and reporting skills Include "Star Innovator" in your cover letter to confirm you've read the job description.
