Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Manager Credit on a full-time temporary basis (18 month term) within our Finance team. This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based in Saskatoon SK.

What youll do:
Lead the Credit team providing coaching direction and support to ensure effective operations and strong performance.
Manage enterprise credit risk by reviewing and approving high-value and high-risk accounts assessing credit applications and recommending risk mitigation strategies.
Evaluate vendor and customer creditworthiness through financial statement analysis industry research and security recommendations.
Develop and maintain corporate credit policies while partnering with internal teams to support business growth and minimize risk.
Monitor credit portfolio performance analyze risk exposure and provide reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.
Act as a subject matter expert on complex credit matters including collections insolvencies bankruptcies and credit policy guidance.
Who youll work with:
The Team: You will lead the Credit team including the Credit Supervisor and Collection Supervisor while partnering closely with Treasury Finance Legal commodity groups and business leaders across FCL and the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS). Reporting to the Senior Manager Treasury & Credit youll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support sound credit decisions mitigate organizational risk and enable business growth.
