Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional looking for a rewarding contract opportunity? Our client, a premier global organization, is seeking a dedicated Credit Support Administrator to join their office operations in Oakville, Ontario. In this essential role, you will provide critical coverage focusing on the clerical and administrative aspects of the credit process. Advantages

- Earn a competitive hourly pay rate of $22.00 to $24.00, paid on a convenient weekly basis.
- Choose between standard shifts of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume email inbox and prioritize incoming files.
- Collect and organize customer information for credit applications.
- Audit files and customer records to resolve clerical errors.
- Liaise between internal departments and external partners on file status.
- Help update office procedures to maintain long-term accuracy.
- Respond promptly to daily administrative inquiries from team members.

Qualifications
- Experience working in fast-paced office administration roles.
- Understanding of Financial Terminology and processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration.
- Ability to learn new database systems quickly and efficiently.
- Understanding of financial concepts is considered an asset.
- Full availability to work on-site in Oakville for the contract duration.
