Our client requires a Microsoft AI Solution Analyst/Developer to work with business areas to identify opportunities where artificial intelligence, automation, and agent-based solutions can improve service delivery, reduce manual effort, or support better decision-making. The resource will be expected to engage directly with business users to understand needs, document requirements in plain language, assess whether AI is an appropriate solution, and design, build, test, and support practical solutions that meet client’s operational, privacy, security, and technology standards.
The resource must have experience translating business problems into working AI-enabled solutions, with most solutions expected to be developed using Microsoft Copilot Studio, agents, and related Microsoft 365 and Azure capabilities. The resource will be responsible for moving solutions from concept through implementation, including discovery, solution design, prototype development, user feedback, testing, documentation, deployment support, and knowledge transfer to client staff.
Ability to pass criminal record check is required. Enhanced background check may be required for certain projects.
Work is onsite or remote (preference for resources available to be onsite).
