The ideal candidate must possess the following abilities and knowledge to be successful in this position: Job Summary: Support the Operations Team Review contracts for site requirements and accuracy Organize and schedule jobs Ordering materials and supplies as per job requirements, as well as ensuring proper equipment is available and arranged High volume file management; ensuring files are complete, all authorizations and information is present for work completed Review work orders prior to invoicing customers for completed work Providing Foreman and crews with job information and requirements Handling incoming customer calls; inquiries and dispatching crews to handle leak calls Candidate Qualifications: 3 years roofing/construction experience (Required) 1 year of customer service experience (Preferred) Valid Driver's license to operate company vehicle to visit job sites Strong communication/ writing skills Time management skills Good relationship building skills Excellent follow-up skills Able to work on multiple tasks Computer proficient – Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Experience with EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, FOAM, METAL, ACRYLIC and/or SHINGLES a plus!
