  • Manage execution from intake and planning through design, build, testing, deployment, production readiness, and transition to support.
  • Ensure platform work aligns to approved architecture, integration patterns, data models, privacy requirements, cyber security controls, and operational support standards.
  • Maintain clear visibility into scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, actions, and escalation items.

  • Support modernization of related data flows, reporting pipelines, and operational controls to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
Platform Modernization and Operational Readiness
  • Contribute to the modernization, migration, integration, and rationalization of Wealth data platforms and related technologies, including AWS, Netezza, Azure, SAS modernization, reporting, and enterprise data services.
  • Manage technology currency, vulnerability remediation, lifecycle activities, platform upgrades, incident follow-up, support readiness, and operational resilience activities.
  • Coordinate with architecture, infrastructure, operations, cyber security, data governance, vendors, and business partners to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, controlled, supportable, and aligned to enterprise standards.
  • Ensure release planning, monitoring, alerting, support documentation, runbooks, implementation readiness, and production stability considerations are addressed before deployment.
Portfolio Governance, Financial Management and Reporting
  • Maintain portfolio-level visibility across delivery progress, financial position, forecast, actuals, variances, funding requirements, dependencies, resource capacity, and operational impacts.
  • Prepare concise, accurate, and decision-oriented updates for leadership, governance forums, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Partner with project managers, finance partners, vendors, technology leads, solution designers, and business stakeholders to maintain disciplined execution and financial transparency.
  • Escalate delivery risks, financial pressures, resource constraints, vendor performance issues, and decisions required in a timely and transparent manner.
Vendor, Partner and Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Manage vendor and partner coordination, including resource onboarding, delivery performance, cost tracking, statements of work, operational handoffs, and adherence to enterprise delivery standards.
  • Coordinate across business, technology, architecture, cyber security, infrastructure, data governance, operations, risk, finance, and vendor teams to align priorities and resolve dependencies.
  • Support delivery trade-off discussions, resource planning, dependency management, and leadership decision-making.
