Join Riverside as the Director of Business Development and transform the way outbound sales are executed across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments. Lead a talented team while utilizing AI for optimized workflows. This role entails creating new outbound opportunities while managing a geographically distributed team. Success will be measured by the quality of pipeline creation and overall sales productivity. The ideal candidate combines operational excellence with a deep understanding of modern outbound strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Direct multiple Business Development teams with clear mentorship • Own and drive outbound pipeline creation and revenue impact • Collaborate cross-functionally to harness PLG insights • Refine existing BDR functions to enhance effectiveness • Develop performance metrics and actionable insights Requirements: • 3+ years in leadership roles focused on Business Development • Experienced in managing multiple teams within SaaS • Track record of optimizing outbound strategies for revenue • Skilled in working with PLG data and customer engagement • Strong operational and decision-making capabilities Lead Riverside's mission to redefine content creation through strategic outbound initiatives and effective team leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
