Join Zurich Canada as a Senior Underwriter specializing in complex commercial P&C risks, strengthening key broker and customer relationships in Calgary, Edmonton, or Winnipeg. You will underwrite both new and renewal projects while assessing risks using Zurich’s advanced tools. Your role involves collaboration across departments to ensure effective coverage and support for client needs. As a trusted advisor, you’ll proactively manage opportunities and guide less experienced underwriters to foster a culture of improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Manage underwriting for complex commercial accounts • Assess risks and align pricing with company strategies • Create tailored coverage structures for clients • Build qualified opportunity pipelines in advance • Serve as a trusted advisor for brokers and customers Requirements: • High School Diploma and 3+ years of underwriting experience • Associate Degree with relevant underwriting or claims experience • Strong understanding of business lines and regulations • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Bachelor's Degree and communications skills preferred Leverage your underwriting skills to promote Zurich Canada’s services and capabilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
