Join Sienna Senior Living as the Director of Environmental Services, committed to enhancing the lives of seniors through exceptional environmental management. This full-time role is crucial for maintaining a safe and clean environment. You will lead the teams responsible for Housekeeping, Laundry, and Maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. This position involves proactive management of risks, quality assurance, and a welcoming atmosphere for all community members. Your leadership will be essential in directing efforts that align with Sienna’s values. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement quality assurance programs • Oversee the operational efficiency of housekeeping and maintenance • Ensure adherence to safety and health regulations • Manage budgets and approval processes effectively • Foster a positive workplace through team mentorship Requirements: • Prefer a post-secondary degree in environmental services • 2 years of supervisory experience necessary • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards • Certification in Occupational Health & Safety preferred • Proficiency in technology tools and management systems Lead the charge in promoting exceptional living standards and community safety at Sienna Senior Living. #J-18808-Ljbffr
