Using a structured communication process, you'll conduct virtual consultations by phone or Zoom, provide information, and support individuals as they determine whether our educational programs and independent business model align with their personal and professional goals. You'll receive comprehensive onboarding, business training, and access to AI-supported technology while developing your communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Core Responsibilities Conduct virtual consultations with interested individuals Introduce online educational programs and live learning events Provide information and answer questions using a structured communication framework Build professional relationships through consistent communication and follow-up Utilize AI-supported technology and digital tools to organize workflow and client communication Participate in ongoing business training, leadership development, and mentoring Manage your own schedule while building an independent business within proven systems Professional Qualifications We're looking for professionals who are: Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Strong communicators who enjoy building relationships Organized and confident using phone, Zoom, and digital technology Open to continuous learning and professional development Experience in education, training, administration, healthcare, customer service, operations, banking, project coordination, leadership, business development, or other people-focused professions is highly valued.
