The RoleThe Production Worker (a.k.a. Machine Operator) will be responsible for operating Machinery's, as well as conduct other duties in parts Production. Duties & ResponsibilitiesSpot weld components according to job orders.Sanding, deburring and other related jobs in parts production area,Maintain high standards of quality control for all parts and finished products, including identifying and dispositioning of non-conformances.Support additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or manager.Key Characteristics, Competencies and SkillsMinimal supervision and enjoy working with moderate level of direction.Ability to organize and prioritize workload.Able to listen to directions and follow through.Able to perform in a high-volume, results-focused work environment.Able to quickly learn technical concepts and product applications.High regard for safety.Superior attention to detail and quality.Superior verbal and written English communication skills.Values maintaining a clean, organized work area.Values teamwork.Work in a team environment and support the 3Cs of the company (Care, Commit, Collaborate).Knowledge and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent.Able to use hand tools and powered tools.Good hand and or eye coordination skills.Able to lift 50 lbs.Excellent communication skills verbal and written.Good understanding of standard manufacturing processes.Some machine experience will be beneficial.
