Description de poste

As a Senior Project Manager, you will spearhead complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Responsibilities include overseeing projects involving the manufacturing of digital billboards and the installation of supporting structures, as well as project planning, coordination of manufacturing timelines, and stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical leadership, along with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, fabrication workflows, construction, and installation practices.

Success in this role requires maintaining visibility over production progress and installation readiness, while ensuring all phases—from manufacturing through structural installation—are executed efficiently and effectively.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget.
  • Convene, lead, or participate in project meetings that involve client representatives, internal staff and third parties, to discuss project schedule, documentation, and all other technical matters.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Lead order confirmation calls with clients to clearly define project expectations, deliverables and timelines.
  • Manage project scope, scope creep timeline, budget, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies, and communicate action plans to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Adapt to challenges with flexibility and professionalism.
  • Maintain composure and adjust quickly in response to changing customer needs.
  • Respond calmly and constructively to unexpected issues or setbacks.
  • Demonstrate resilience while keeping customer satisfaction a priority.
  • Track and manage the resolution of outstanding project issues or requirements, escalating them to the right stakeholder(s) when needed.
  • Perform technical evaluation of options most suited to every individual project.
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross‑functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, and Production Teams.
  • Negotiate the technical aspects of the project and ensure clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
  • Ensure compliance with government, organization and customer engineering standards.
  • Participate in and coordinate equipment and fabrication inspections.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies, and recommend process improvements accordingly.
  • Create accurate Bill of Materials used for project management and procurement.
  • Maintain all key technical project documents.
  • Ensure all required project artifacts are developed, updated, and delivered to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Review engineering/contractor deliverables for technical compliance, scope alignment, and quality.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Draft and submit project change orders and recommend subsequent budget changes, where applicable.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and subcontractors; influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
  • Execute project closure by conducting billing, project postmortems and/or debriefings.
  • Conduct project close‑out meeting with team members to review the success and failures of the project as a means of continuous improvement for future projects.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to job sites.
  • Any additional duties assigned by management.
