The Jim Pattison Auto Group has an exciting opportunity for a Red Seal Service Technician to join Jim Pattison Chrysler Jeep this role you will play a key part in supporting our Service Department by accurately diagnosing repairing and maintaining vehicles to the highest standards of safety performance and aService Technician you take pride in delivering quality workmanship and contributing to an exceptional customer experience that reflects our strong commitment to customer : This is a full-time permanent role of 40 hours per week. Monday to Range: starting at $36.75 hourly flat rate depending on certification and level of role reports to the Service Manager of the dealership.A Day in the LifeDiagnose repair and maintain vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standardsPerform thorough vehicle inspections with accurate documentation and measurementsIdentify mechanical and electrical issues recommend solutions and communicate findings clearly to Service teamPartner with Service Advisors to provide updates on repair timelines or recommend additional safety workConduct road tests and pre-delivery inspections on new inventory to ensure every vehicle leaving the shop is in top conditionCoordinate with the Parts Department to source what you need and manage warranty labelingAssist fellow technicians when needed to maintain overall shop productivityMaintain a clean safe and organized work environment at all timesFollow all company policies procedures and safety standardsEnsure a high degree of confidentiality with company and customer informationParticipate in maintaining a supportive and engaging working environmentWhat Were Looking ForAutomotive Service Technician Red Seal Certification or currently in the process of challenging experience as an automotive technician is required.
