Excellent opportunity for an Accounting Administrator or Junior Accountant who would be excited to work for a company that is experiencing year-over-year growth and that has ambitious expansion plans- as the company grows, high performers on the accounting team will also grow!

Our client is a global manufacturing company that develops and commercializes innovative products for a range of industries, including construction, medical, and industrial markets. With operations across multiple regions, the organization is committed to innovation, sustainability, quality, and operational excellence, delivering high-performance solutions to customers worldwide.

What- the Role:
Join a growing global manufacturing organization where you'll gain hands-on exposure across a wide range of accounting functions. As an Accounting Administrator, you'll support day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, payroll support, and maintaining accurate financial records across multiple entities. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized accounting professional looking to expand their skills and build broad accounting experience within a fast-paced, collaborative, and growing multinational business.

Key Responsibilities include:
Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Process vendor invoices, payments, customer invoices, and receipts.
  • Resolve discrepancies and follow up on outstanding accounts.
  • Maintain accurate supplier and customer records.
Banking & Reconciliations
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
  • Investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate cash records.
Payroll Support
  • Assist with payroll processing, employee records, and expense reimbursements.
Month-End & Reporting
  • Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Support month-end/year-end close, audits, and reporting requirements.
Administration & Compliance
  • Maintain accounting records and ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Support ERP initiatives, process improvements, and other accounting duties as required.
Who- the Candidate:
  • Diploma, certificate, or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
How Much:
The base salary depends on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience- $55,000 to $75,000. Plus benefits, paid time off, etc. Please discuss your total compensation expectations in more detail with SWIM.

Where:
Hybrid in Vancouver, close to a SkyTrain station.
