What Youll Be DoingSpecific Responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Support your teammates at all times and contribute to the success of the team.
  • Responsible for ensuring all our customers receive the highest level of customer service and have an amazing Leos experience every time they visit!
  • Consistent and organized.
  • Responsible for opening and closing/crossover duties depending on your shifts
  • Keep up to date on Leos specials practices and communication with managers.
  • Responsible for ensuring every item served is to Leos brand standards of quality and specification.
  • Upselling to ensure the best customer experience.
  • Helping to maintain takeout and delivery excellence.
  • Creative freedom encouraged for menu items and merch.
  • Make it your personal mission to get the job done right while remembering that work should be FUN!
