Your main responsibilities Coordinate the proposal preparation process, from the issuing of RFP documents to the submission of the proposal. Participate in the development of winning proposal strategies. Coordinate multidisciplinary teamwork efforts and document production. Prepare and write sections of proposal document. Coordinate and check pricing component. Review text and entire submission to ensure proposal document meets all RFP requirements. Ensure consistency between technical and financial proposals. Maintain high quality standards for proposals (content and presentation). Manage proposal preparation timelines to ensure that deadlines are met. Control proposal preparation costs. What makes you unique Bachelor's degree in administration, communications, marketing, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 5 years of relevant experience. Superior communication, organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Capacity to work effectively under pressure, within deadlines and short time frames Available for overtime when needed High technical writing skills High interest and skills for document preparation in a sales context (care for text clarity, visual aspects, details, etc.) Experience within a large professional services company an asset Advanced proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint. Knowledge of project management software and organizational chart design software. Experience with InDesign, an asset.
