Logistics + Inventory Specialist - REACH

Workplace Location: Oshawa, ON
Compensation: Starting at $24.00 per hour with scheduled, automatic pay bumps

Work Schedule

Daily Hours: 10-Hour Shifts
Timing: 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM (Afternoon/Evening Schedule)

Responsibilities
SAP & Logging: Enter work orders and quality checks into SAP immediately with high accuracy.
Machine Operation: Set up, run, and sanitize automated palletizers to maintain peak performance.
Product Routing: Move stirred items to cold storage and set-style items to the thermal tunnel quickly.
Defect Inspection: Check for damaged pallets to prevent downtime and protect shipping quality.
Line Rotation: Switch between different manufacturing and assembly stations as needed.
Safety Compliance: Meet all OHSA, GMP, and Food Safety regulations to protect product integrity.
Team Support: Work with production crews on special projects to hit daily output targets.

Qualifications
Background: 1+ years of experience working in high-volume manufacturing or warehouse settings.
Equipment Mastery: 2 years of hands-on experience operating Crown or Raymond Reach trucks.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in using RF scanners to maintain precise inventory control.
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to collaborate smoothly with the team.
Problem Solving: Solid basic math skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues on the spot.
Physical Fitness: Able to comfortably lift and handle up to 20 kg repetitively across a 10-hour shift.
Safety Knowledge: Well-versed in WHMIS guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent credential.
