I'm working with a well-established and highly active developer that is continuing to expand its commercial portfolio across North America.
They are looking to add a Senior Development Manager who can take ownership of projects from the front end and drive them through planning, design, due diligence, budgeting, and into construction.
This is not a land-focused role. The ideal candidate will have strong vertical development experience and understand what it takes to bring a large scale project from concept to a construction-ready state.
