Position Overview : The Content Creator at The Playhouse will develop and oversee the creative vision and strategy for the agency’s social media campaigns, focusing on short format content.
They will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing innovative content strategies for our clients, blending creativity, leadership, and hands-on involvement in the entire production process, from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Idea Generation : Collaborate with Team Lead in brainstorming sessions and develop creative concepts for social media that align with client goals and brand identity.
- Shotlist Creation : Develop detailed shotlists to guide the filming process, ensuring all necessary content is captured efficiently.
- Shoot Direction : Direct and oversee shoots on the day of production, ensuring the vision is executed effectively and creatively.
- Post-Production Guidance : Collaborate with editors during the post-production phase to ensure the final content aligns with the creative vision and meets client expectations.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a creative role, including content creation encompassing writing, editing, and visual content creation
- Strong understanding of branding and marketing in the context of social media
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of visual storytelling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
