MAC Assistant Store Manager - Full Time - Vancouver, BC

Assistant Store Manager position involves leading, coaching, and developing store sales associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.

Responsibilities

Play a leading role in store success by supporting the Store Manager. Lead, coach, and develop Sales Associates to meet all retail targets.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching or mentoring to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Pay and Benefits

Anticipated Base Salary Range $0.00 to $0.00 (depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and/or budget), based on a 40-hour work week (range to be scaled accordingly).
