Job Title: Team Lead Location: Winnipeg, MB (On-site)
Work Type: Permanent
Salary: $40,000-$50,000
Vacancy: Existing VacancyThis role is ideal for a bilingual customer service professional who enjoys leading teams, driving performance, and working in a fast-paced contact centre environment. You'll combine coaching, people leadership, and operational oversight to help deliver exceptional customer experiences.Why This RoleThis opportunity offers career growth, leadership development, and the chance to directly impact team performance and customer satisfaction. You'll gain exposure to workforce planning, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.The Role: You will lead and support a team of Customer Service Representatives, ensuring service levels, KPIs, and employee engagement goals are met. You'll coach employees, manage escalations, analyze performance metrics, and work closely with Operations, HR, IT, and Workforce Management to drive results.What You'll Bring
  • Fluency in French and English (written and verbal)
  • 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer service or contact centre environment
  • Experience handling escalated customer concerns
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules as required
