Line Cook - PARK Distillery Restaurant & Bar - Staff Housing Available

We’re seeking Line Cooks to join us at Park! Park is a backcountry lodge-inspired craft distillery in the heart of Downtown Banff. Our menu features campfire inspired cuisine & wood-fired rotisserie specialties served alongside our award-winning spirits. We are the ONLY distillery located in a Canadian National Park. Our spirits are like no other in the world, because there is no other place in the world like Banff. .

• Earn up to $31.50/hr in summer (Wage $20.00–$24.50/hr + average tips of $4–$7/hr)

What You'll Do:

• Preparing and cooking dishes ensuring standards are being met
• Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Assist with training new team members as required

What You Have:

• No culinary experience? No problem! We'll have you cooking like a pro in no time
• Fast food or culinary experience is an asset
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Attention to detail and consistent quality, even during high volume service
• Strong work ethic and great communication skills
• Passion for the culinary industry, with a drive to learn and grow
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
• Flexible full time availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
