Description
Responsible for managing 1-2 projects at a time (including GC and larger-scale restoration & repair projects etc.) to ensure on-time delivery within the agreed upon budget.
Manage subcontractors on scheduling quality control understanding and resolving issues and verifying work is completed in accordance with project budget and specifications.
Review all assigned projects to schedule deliverables track costs and report on.
Meet contractual conditions and performance.
Manage key metrics and report on as required.
Work collaboratively with customers sales reps roofing contractors superintendents and roofing technicians to ensure delivery on time and within budget as well as select and manage all sub-contractors.
Uphold high standards for health and safety management in compliance with all codes and laws and Tremco Policy
Qualifications
This position requires individuals to have an in-depth understanding of construction management along with aproven track record in running and supervising commercial and industrial roofing construction projects.
Education: high school diploma or equivalent
0-2 years of commercial roofing or building envelope experience in the role of a GC Roofing Superintendent or Project Manager is required.
Forklift certification and experience as well as fall protection a general awareness of environmental issues is a strong asset.
Must be competent in conflict and crisis management.
Superior written oral and digital communication skills needed.
Experience with SAP Access Microsoft Projects Visual Cadd AutoCadd and Excel is a strong asset.
Must be willing to travel within region up to 50% of the time
Must possess a valid Drivers License and have access to a vehicle.
This is a new position and the pay range is $75000.00 - $115000.00. Final compensation is dependent upon individuals knowledge skills experience internal equity and market data alignment.
