Transform the future of funding with your expertise as a Lead Developer in our startup, leveraging AI technologies to assist Canadian companies with SR&ED funding. Spearhead development and mentor emerging talent. We are looking for an experienced Lead Developer with 7+ years in software development to oversee product design and execution in a dynamic startup setting. Your role will entail guiding architectural decisions and collaborating with teams to deliver effective solutions. Your focus on mentorship will be pivotal as we grow our engineering culture. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design and development of innovative product features • Own the technical architecture and set best engineering practices • Mentor and provide feedback through code reviews • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective product solutions • Oversee product lifecycle from concept to deployment Requirements: • 7+ years in software development and leadership roles • Strong fundamentals in computer science and problem-solving skills • Experience in fast-paced startup environments • Ability to be hands-on with various tech stacks • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration Utilize your skills to impact funding innovation and help shape our startup's future. #J-18808-Ljbffr
