Be a leader in our Accounting and Assurance team as a Manager, with competitive compensation and professional growth opportunities. Ideal candidates will possess a CPA and extensive auditing expertise. In this pivotal role, you will review financial statements, ensure compliance with Canadian accounting standards, and provide guidance on tax return preparation. Your effective communication skills will be vital in managing clients and leading the team's success. Key Responsibilities: • Review financial statements prepared by the team • Ensure adherence to Canadian accounting standards • Supervise corporate and personal tax return preparation • Manage relationships with assigned clients • Lead the accounting & assurance team’s initiatives Requirements: • CPA designation with over 5 years in public practice • Strong auditing background necessary • High interpersonal and communication abilities • In-depth knowledge of Canadian reporting standards • Ownership and accountability in work execution Drive excellence in our Accounting and Assurance team through your leadership and financial acumen. #J-18808-Ljbffr
