Clinical Pharmacist - Surrey Memorial Hospital; Fraser Health Authority. Full-time opportunity based in Surrey and Langley, BC, with primary work at Surrey Memorial Hospital and time as needed at Langley Memorial Hospital.
Salary: CAD $51.37 - $64.19 per hour.

Education and Experience
Current registration as a Pharmacist with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia. Completion of an accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Skills and Abilities
Broad knowledge of organizational policies and standards of care; evidence-based clinical pharmacy practice; medication use evaluation; research processes; hospital drug distribution; ability to apply clinical knowledge with minimal supervision; effective communication; ability to work with diverse teams; ability to organize and prioritize work; physical ability to perform duties.
