  • Develop and drive comprehensive project execution plans, including scope, schedule, quality, health and safety, risk, and change management.
  • Facilitate and lead project meetings with internal teams, site staff, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Monitor project performance, proactively identify and resolve issues, and provide clear and consistent reporting to senior leadership.
  • Champion safety by adhering to occupational health and safety legislation, managing risks, leading inspections and ITPs, and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure high standards of quality by implementing and maintaining the company’s Quality Management System and adhering to industry best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring transparency, clear communication, and a positive project experience from start to finish.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the project team, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team culture.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors, trades, and all project stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a collaborative Operations team by sharing knowledge, supporting peers, and driving overall team success.
  • Promote and uphold company values, culture, and commitment to a safe and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–10+ years of experience in construction project management, with exposure to large‑scale projects within the Water/Wastewater sector.
  • Post‑secondary degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Professional designation such as Eng. and/or Gold Seal Certification (GSC) is considered an asset.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with project management tools such as Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, or Touch Plan is preferred.
  • Experience working across a variety of contract delivery models, including Design‑Bid‑Build, Progressive Design‑Build, CMAR, and IPD, is an asset.
