Advance your professional journey with Syneos as a Senior Statistical Programmer based in North America. Your focus will be on utilizing SAS to create impactful statistical outputs in clinical research. This role requires strong programming skills in SAS or similar software for clinical trial data analysis. You will oversee the development of datasets and contribute to maintaining quality standards. As a leader, you will guide junior programmers, ensuring a smooth workflow and timely deliverables. Collaboration with biostatisticians is key to resolving any inconsistencies. Key Responsibilities: • Write and validate programming code for clinical datasets • Oversee quality control and compliance of outputs • Organize and maintain complete project documentation • Act as a mentor for junior programming staff • Participate in sponsor and internal project meetings Requirements: • Undergraduate degree in a scientific or statistical field • Extensive programming experience with SAS in clinical environments • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in work Bring your statistical programming expertise to Syneos and make a significant impact on clinical trials. #J-18808-Ljbffr
